The Office Manager/Bookkeeper is responsible for assisting our accountant in various functions such as account reconciliations, inventory reconciliations, billing and auditing deal files, and performing standard monthly accounting functions. These may include reconciling schedules and posting finance reserve statements, sales tax, sales commissions and other things of that nature.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years prior work experience as Bookkeeper in Automotive,Powersports Dealership environment
- Understanding of debits and credits as well as schedule reconciliations
- Must be able to perform AR/AP and related statement reconciliation.
- Must be proficient in technology use such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and able to learn new software programs.
- Must have demonstrated experience/ability to perform basic math, reading and writing skills
- Must have prior experience dealing with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, etc.
- Billing and title experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be able to deal with confidential information appropriately
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Experience:
