Market President

This position is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the bank, including supervision of staff. Will also promote the bank by servicing and deepening relationships with existing customers and attracting new business through active involvement in the community. This position is also responsible for development, maintenance and growth of a commercial loan portfolio of varying size and complexity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of banking industry experience 
• Strong business development skills
• Knowledge of lending products, documents, procedures, laws & regulations
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ties to the Northern Minnesota area are preferred.
