Leasing Manager

Leasing Manager at The Villages of Florence is the front line of our small, family-owned company. Be the first to introduce prospects to a new concept in renting and make a lasting first impression!

• Tour prospective residents through model home & amenities
• Process rental applications, create lease agreements and more
• Great communication skills required: talking with residents, prospects as well as other team members
• Respond to resident service requests and follow up
• Respond to prospective resident inquiries: phone, email, in person
• Position is hourly pay plus commission
• Rent Manager Software experience preferred (but not required)

Requirements:

• Weekend availability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Able to work independently
• Leasing experience preferred
