    3-5 years supervising 20+ Insurance personnel in an Independent Insurance Office. Must know: Personal & Commercial Lines workflow, human resources practices and procedures including 401k administration, and I.T. functions like AMS360 or Applied/EPIC/TAM.

    A Property & Casualty Insurance license a plus
