  • Following standard project management methodology, using Kanban (Agile methodology), meeting all key milestones and deliverables
  • Furthering the maturity of agile processes throughout the organization
  • Recognition as a trusted advisor / leader with customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization across business and IT


What your days and weeks will include.

  • Manage one or more projects focused on Security Operations and Engineering
  • Develop documentation for project proposals, project charts, timeline tracking, and KPIs
  • Schedule and lead project team meetings to maintain adherence to timelines and requirements
  • Facilitate key meetings such as sprint/release planning, retrospectives, release go/no go, etc.
  • Work with individual vendor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timelines are realistic and requirements are understood
  • Identify key risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to resolve issues under aggressive timelines


The skills that make you a great fit.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years working in IT Project Management
  • 2 years of agile project delivery experience
  • Proven delivery of Waterfall and Agile projects/programs, including Scrum and/or Kanban
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience and confidence with communicating with and presenting to senior leadership
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • PMP certification and/or Scrum Master Certification
    • Experience with the JIRA tool
