We Offer

  • The opportunity to join Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets (IBCM) division as a Group Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Group COO will report into the Americas COO and serves as the principal in handling a wide range of matters including strategy, business and financial management, human capital and administrative activities.
  • Effectively build relationships with senior management across the Group to influence results and deliver value
  • Conduct and prepare quantitative and qualitative business analysis, including managing the financial reporting (pipeline update, forecasts, senior management updates) and working closely with the analytics team in Raleigh
  • Manage and outline the group expense budgets and supervise expense policy and approvals
  • Supervise and implement the human capital strategy including talent acquisition, headcount management, training and development, performance management and compensation in collaboration with HR, Compensation and other key support functions
  • Implement and continuously drive business strategy and initiatives in partnership with the Group Head and stakeholders throughout IBCM
  • Build and maintain client coverage strategy and annual revenue targets in conjunction with group heads and broader leadership team
  • Handle all facets of daily operations ensuring compliance with meaningful policies and procedures
  • Ensure the bankers are aware of changes in our controls culture, receive training, and follow processes appropriately
