Become a member of the COO Leadership Team comprising Inspection & Insurance Engineering, IT, Service Operations, Facilities Management and CDO / Data Management functions.

Contribute to the development of COO’s business strategies and ensure these strategies are effectively implemented and the results are monitored. Work closely with Senior Leadership both within and outside of the OCOO to create and identify new opportunities for growth, and as a sponsor and advocate for OCOO’s key projects and initiatives.

Be primarily responsible for facilitating a strong environment of accountability for all goals and initiatives, while reporting, tracking and assisting leadership in holding owners accountable for success.

Qualifications

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in influencing and collaborating with senior and executive level staff.
  • 4+ years managing or leading projects.
  • In-depth expertise of strategy and operations development, proven by significant professional experience in a strategic management consulting firm and/or in a strategy function of a large corporation.
  • Significant experience in navigating and executing in a complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of the primary and reinsurance market
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills as well as financial acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others.
  • Works in a proactive and self-directed manner by finding and accomplishing activities that add value to the executive teams.
  • Builds solid relationships quickly with all levels of the organization and has ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and ability to prioritize constituents’ needs.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively raise issues for discussion at the SLT level.
