U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Leader of Solution Architecture and Delivery to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize future state of data & AI/ML solutions in the space of customer. experience, personalization, sales, fraud, data resiliency and security
Work with other architects/engineering leaders to design solutions in financial services

Delivery of the solutions working with a team of software engineers and SI partners
Manage relationships with various business leaders, architects and engineering managers
Build consensus around solutions that benefit the organization
Ability to drive Innovative solutions through creative problem solving, evangelizing and delivery
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in information systems technology and financial services industry applications
  • Five or more years of managerial experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Broad technology skills in data, AI/ML and ability to translate knowledge in to solutions which transform the customer’s experience.
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition of a solution to senior business leaders
  • Ability to articulate the technology decisions to architects and engineering leaders
  • Ability to build consensus within a group with diverse interest
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to present before a group of 10-15 people.
  • Technology skills in streaming, NoSQL, web scale distributed systems, Microservices, DevOps, Security and AI/ML
  • IT Strategy or management consulting experience from reputed firms (Big 5 etc.)
  • MBA with undergraduate in technical field (Computer Science, mathematics etc.)
  • Should have programmed in the past and have attitude to be hands on
  • Previous experience with public cloud service provider would be preferred
