Your role
Are you a quick learner and problem solver? Do you know how to manage projects so that things run smoothly? Weâre looking for someone like that who can take initiative in a fast paced environment and across a diverse portfolio of work. This role will:
- support the Chief of Staff to the COO with the execution of a diverse workload ranging from strategic initiatives to business management
- support the running and management of key governance committees, including coordination of logistics and materials, ensuring completion of associated committee actions and drafting comprehensive meeting minutes, ToR compliance and assessment requirements
- take the lead on communication activities such as creation of presentations, townhalls and team events, intranet site and team communications
- lead key activities for the COO team and US WM such as Service Management and partnership with our support and control functions
- coordinate global processes on behalf of US WM and the COO team, project managing activities across all business units
- run team business management such as real estate, team finances, and organizational changes
Your team
Youâll be working in the GWM Americas COO team at UBS (one of the largest wealth managers globally). We partner with the various business units in Global Wealth Management to ensure we are creating the best firm for our clients and our employees.
Your expertise
You have:
- college degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with experience in the financial industry
- track record of successfully supporting a business with reporting & analytics and communications/material creation
- ability to interact with all levels of management, multi-task and work well under pressure
- demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- experience with project management a plus
- experience with committee governance and drafting, editing and producing minutes a plus
