MoPub is looking for a Global Head of Marketing, to lead a team of talented marketers and product marketers who are growing awareness and adoption of MoPub’s services across the world. The ideal candidate for this role is a creative and thoughtful leader, with a deep understanding of the advertising technology landscape and is ready to roll up their sleeves in a role that demands both strategic and executional excellence. This role requires an experienced cross functional leader who is excited to focus, coach and motivate a team to work in explicit partnership with other business functions; product management, operations, and business development.


What You’ll Do

  • Define a long-term global marketing strategy that aligns with product vision, strategic differentiators and customer value proposition.
  • Identify key pillars (e.g., brand identity, voice, channel mix) and cascade into product marketing, content marketing, event marketing and digital market strategy.
  • Establish metrics and measures that allow ongoing calibration of cross-channel marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach and retain a team of both business & product marketers (PMM, Content, Digital and Events) to develop and promote the MoPub business globally.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams, including Product Management, Business Development, Corporate Communications and Legal to create supporting marketing and product marketing programs.
  • Use commercial and product strategies to inform plans and prioritization of team’s focus areas
  • Translate complex product concepts and business needs into simple, and impactful product communications that resonate with core customers
  • Guide the creation of and execute annual and quarterly business & product marketing plans in partnership with cross functional partners
  • Lead team in understanding and considering competitive landscape and target markets in marketing strategies and messaging
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador by developing and implementing an internal communications strategy in partnership with your MoPub leadership peers.
  • Create and execute internal marketing communication programs; ensuring the broader organization stays informed of company wide efforts and initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years of demonstrated career progression and strong performance as a senior leader.
  • Experience developing and executing B2B marketing initiatives with measurable results
  • Experience telling complex product stories in a simple yet compelling way
  • Deep knowledge of advertising technologies; programmatic, user acquisition, or and monetization platforms a plus
  • Inspiring leader who motivates and builds long lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a truly cross functional role
  • Ability to set vision and to evangelize it effectively across all levels of the organization.
