Stellenbeschreibung

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Overall responsibility for the company in NAFTA region
• Manage, control as well as legally represent the company
• Expand the market position through the care of existing customers and active acquisition of new customers
• Continuously improve the quality and structures as well as assure and optimize the business processes
• Maintain budgets and the efficiency of production and sales structures
• Involvement in further and new developments and the implementation of new technical product ideas and system concepts as well as in the evaluation and use of new technologies and materials
• Implement concept workshops
• Report to the owners at German HQ

Anforderungsprofil

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• University degree in a technical study with additional business management qualification or vice versa
• Proven management and leadership experience in a comparable position or in the management of a technical, sales-related area
• Automotive supplier industry experience is a must
• Work experience in the US is a must
• Fluent English and good German language skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and solid and applied business knowledge
• Experience and expertise in the field of product and innovation management as well as well-founded experience in project management
• Understanding of family businesses
