Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO / Office Administrative
We’re looking to hire a personal assistant for the CEO. She is extremely busy and needs assistance with day-to-day tasks and organizing/scheduling. You’ll be tackling tasks of all sizes, including but not limited to setting appointments, acting as her house manager, running errands. Must have a vehicle to run errands. Assistant must be proactive and good with to-do lists. Most importantly, you’ll be working extremely close with her, so we’re looking for someone who has a great personality and can fit into his life effortlessly.

-Serve as the officeâs front desk receptionist, answer phones, take messages and direct calls efficiently and professionally
-Attention to detail is a must

Experience:
-Personal assisting: 3 years (Preferred)
-Driver’s License â Perfect record (Required)
Work Location:
-Two locations- Beverly Hills (office) West Hollywood (Home)
Working days:
-Monday Through Friday
Typical start time: & end time 9 AM-6 PM
