Important Attributes:

 Ability to self manage
 Knowledge of MLS, Transaction Desk, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
 Excellent verbal & written skills
 Fast thinker able to handle & organize a busy executive
 Available at a moments notice. A professional; positive personality, passion for excellence and an eye for detail
 Not afraid to offer new ideas and solutions
 Live and work by core values including honor, honesty
& integrity

Position responsibilities but are not limited to:

 Executive assistant to the CEO
 Ability to follow instructions carefully
 Recruiting & lead follow up calls
 Online marketing/Social Media Posts
 Organization and maintaining files, records, contacts, etc.
 Planning and scheduling trainings/meetings/appointments/vendor coordination/personal tasks
 Managing projects and conducting research, audits and spot ¬checks for accuracy
 Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
 Other tasks as assigned
 Providing quality customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $180.00 to $200.00 /day
