Position responsibilities but are not limited to:
Executive assistant to the CEO
Ability to follow instructions carefully
Recruiting & lead follow up calls
Online marketing/Social Media Posts
Organization and maintaining files, records, contacts, etc.
Planning and scheduling trainings/meetings/appointments/vendor coordination/personal tasks
Managing projects and conducting research, audits and spot ¬checks for accuracy
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Other tasks as assigned
Providing quality customer service
