Executive Assistant to the President/CEO

Manages office of and provides administrative support to the President/CEO, COO, and VP of Operations. Serves as the Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors. Provides assistance to other senior leaders on an occasional basis as needed.

Required Education:
High School Graduate

Preferred Education:
Two years of business school / college

Required Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.

Preferred Technical Skills:
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook

Required Experience:
Five to seven years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must have excellent interpersonal, organization and time management skills. Must have the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make decisions. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and have a clerical aptitude to maintain and organize records. Must have the ability to prioritize work, work under pressure, problem solve and grasp new ideas. Must have advanced computer and typing skills and be able to manage responsibilities with accuracy, accountability and confidentiality.
