As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the day-to-day functioning of our business. As a successful candidate, you are highly organized and you thrive in a high energy and entrepreneurial technology company.

What you will do

- Coordinate daily calendars of senior executives
- Organize and schedule appointments (with colleagues, business partners, employment candidates, and employees)
- Make travel arrangements
- Create regular reports and update internal systems
- Manage phone calls and emails
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Maintain office supplies
- Assist in preparing reports
- Review, maintain, and recommend improvements to office policies
- Submit expense reports
- Take notes, write and distribute correspondence
- Act as the primary point of contact for our visitors

About you

- Proven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Able to get things done quickly while maintaining quality and culture; strong multitasker who organizers work, prioritizes tasks, and coordinates required support across various functions to achieve objectives
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Entrepreneurial; self-directed and excited to build something from scratch in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment
- High emotional intelligence; able to build strong relationships and influence the team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Google Docs and GSuite (or similar productivity tools)
- Ability to work directly with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Executive Assistant preferred
- Willing and able to work in Austin, Texas
