GENERAL SUMMARY:
- Provides admin support to certain management team.
- Process travel arrangements
- Coordinates internal event planning meetings.
- Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
- Handles details of highly confidential and critical nature.
- Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
- Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
- Works with executives within and outside the company, customers, vendors, visitors and other dignitaries. In depth knowledge of company operations and excellent communications skills are required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains calendar appointments and deadlines to ensure proper accountability.
- Coordinate scheduling of internal/external meetings, candidate interviews and client meetings.
- Organizes and prioritizes multiple tasks and completes them under time constraints.
- Maintains communications (email, written, phone, and fax) while executive is traveling.
- Assists with meeting and internal event planning.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and manage travel expense reports.
- Prepares correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents from written and oral drafts; drafts standard correspondence and other documents.
- Translation of memos, presentations, reports.
- Receives clients and visitors; maintains good public relations with clients.
- Keep meeting minutes as needed.
- May perform other duties as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong organization skills. Demonstrate ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to take initiative and work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Education: Top College Student or Bachelorâs Degree
