A fast growing tech company looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in our Manhattan office.
The Executive Assistant position will report directly to and support our Chief Executive Officer. Your responsibilities will include, scheduling and calendar management; travel logistics, bookings and expense reporting; event and meeting planning/coordination; creating and editing presentations including board meeting planning and preparation; partnering with marketing to manage inbound speaking and interview requests for the CEO, coordinating with people operations and facilities on projects related to moves, new hires, and other office functions; assisting across departments on company events, quarterly meetings, etc. and communication with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as phone call and e-mail management, opening and distributing correspondence, and welcoming any guests
- Heavy calendar management including: arrange meetings, appointments and provide reminders
- Handle all travel arrangements, domestic and international, and coordinate all logistics
- Arrange new conference lines and book conference rooms
- Liaise between Executives and employees/Clients
- Maintain records in database systems
Executive Assistant Requirements:
- 2+ yearsâ supporting a C level Executive
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Handle confidential and sensitive issues with maturity and professionalism
- Game to tackle a variety of tasks with a positive, can do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps (Mail, Docs, Calendar, Drive)
