Our ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of office experience working in a professional role such as office manager, bookkeeper, or executive assistant to a senior leader in an organization. We need someone who knows how to communicate professionally and appropriately with clients both verbally and in written form, yet can be casual with colleagues and fit into our team’s family culture. Grammar skills are a must because you will be editing the CEO’s documents/communications and you need to be a hawk for catching mistakes. We want to make sure you are very confident with a computer. You need to be extremely well versed in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office well enough to train others. We would be a great fit for a professional who is integrating a work and family life. On average you will work 5 to 6 hours a day, but the time might not be consecutive hours. We need someone who has the ability to travel once per month for a few days and enjoys a varied work week.
An added bonus to us would be your experience in bookkeeping. This role could have additional hours in data entry if you are literate in basic accounting principles.
