Working under the direction of the project?s faculty Evaluator, this position will be responsible for coordinating evaluation efforts for the Maternal Health Learning and Innovation Center. This position will work to advance health equity through continuous learning and support a culture of date-driven decision-making. The position will support evaluation to document the effectiveness of the Center and provide evaluation mechanisms to capture opportunities for internal improvements in Center service delivery. Evaluation activities will include the development, implementation, data collection, management, analysis and reporting of evaluation data to relevant internal and external stakeholders. This position will also work closely with the Center?s communications team to translate and disseminate relevant results to stakeholder audiences, including the funder and the Center?s partners and customers. This position will also work with the Center?s customers to assure all required data are collected and utilized to drive improvements at the state/regional level. The four primary functions of the position include: 1) Project Design and Research, 2) Serve as evaluation team co-lead, 3) Data analysis and management, 4) Supervision and training of students.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
