    Market-leading internet-based fine jewelry retailer located in West Los Angeles, CA is seeking a seasoned entrepreneurial COO to take the company to the next level.

    Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, this position provides the day-to-day leadership from the ground up and is responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals, optimizing operational capabilities, and increasing both customer satisfaction and retention.

    Our early vision of the scope of this position includes but is not limited to:

    · Collaborate on and lead strategy development and execution

    · Spearhead and manage eCommerce, social media, and advertising strategies

    · Lead ongoing cultural evolution

    · Collaborate with Founder/CEO, finance, and sourcing team to prepare, maintain, and meet budget

    · Prepare timely and accurate financial performance reports

    · Review, develop, and implement better business practices

    · Establish and maintain KPIs and accountability for each department/position

    · Manage/coach staff to achieve mutually agreed upon goals

    · Monitor money handling procedures, accounting, and bank processes

    · Attract, recruit/develop, and retain high-performing operations team

    · Maintain professional work environment and showroom

    · Manage work schedules, employee work load balance, and operational capacity across company
