A da Vinci® Enterprise Solution Manager is the primary customer representative for our da Vinci customers who enter into our Accelerated MIS Program Agreement. This role requires a number of capabilities including knowledge in the use of robotics, strong program management and collaboration skills, the ability to lead a team through indirect leadership and who is customer solution oriented.
Roles and Responsibilities
The da Vinci Enterprise Solutions Manager (ESM) will manage a set of interrelated projects within the Accelerated MIS Program implementation plan designed to meet the mutually agreed upon goals of the customer and ISI.
- Project Manage customer and ISI deliverables
- Prioritization of stakeholder initiatives to drive alignment
- Escalation of priorities and conflict resolution
- Manage resource identification and allocation
- Proactive gap management and seek opportunities for program enhancements
- Optimize resources and opportunities
- Develop and implement agreed upon reporting dashboards
- Establish Program Governance Plan with customer and ISI stakeholders
- Success of the Enterprise Solutions Program is contingent upon effectively collaborating across multiple departments to include:
o Sales – clinical and value based selling
o Genesis – execute on the install plan as recommended by the Genesis training manager
o Surgeon training – execute on surgeon training plan aligned with procedural adoption goals
o Customer success – onboarding, customer portal, and AEX capabilities
o Ensure all systems are utilizing our on-site solution
o Inventory management of instrument / accessory, supplies ordering plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ sales experience including five (5) or more years in medical device sales
- Prior experience interacting with Hospital Executives preferred
- Proven track record in managing and developing customer programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution
- Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred
- Knowledge of hospital management environment preferred
