CTO

We are seeking a CTO with solid knowledge of React.js. This is a wonderful opportunity for a Director of Engineering to step into their a strategic and transactional role. You’ll be working with cutting edge frameworks, patented automation, and heavy reliance on artificial intelligence/bots. You will use the latest technologies for error tracking, reporting, and testing, with a high level of test coverage to maintain a high-quality product that companies use to run their entire business.

You are:

• A self starter with vision and discipline
• A CTO, Director of Engineering or Engineering Manager looking for a dynamic role at a fast paced startup
• Independent self-learner and a great team player
• A startup veteran, having experience in working on products at all stages of life cycle
• Like to tackle tough problems with creative solutions

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow Mosaic’s team of world class programmers;
• Develop technical aspects of strategy and product roadmap to align with business goals;
• Oversee architecture/infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency;
• Build and maintain the operational tools, resources and processes needed to provide scalability and service levels;
• Coach and mentor development team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional coding experience is required
• Experience in a leadership role
• 1+ year React.js experience is required, bonus points for React Native
• Experience working on a SaaS or PaaS product with high user traffic is
• highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or boot camp preferred
• Great attitude and ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment is a must
• Ability to work out of our Midtown Manhattan office
