Mandatory Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in management or leadership role, leading a team of 35+ individuals, including experience leading a remote team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related experience is preferred

Job Description
The Chief Technology Officer, is in charge of all company technology and technological resources. You will establish our technology vision, strategies, and plans for growth in order to keep our product offering relevant and profitable.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in converting technical systems into profitable business ventures, strong customer service skills, experience in application development, automation, documentation, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Setting the companies technical vision.
  • Managing and auditing the incident response plan.
  • Managing utilization of all technical resources.
  • Managing and auditing technology best practices.
  • Managing security across the organization.
  • Sharing technology visions with shareholders, customers and the technical team.
  • Manage the equipment and systems in both of our NOCs.
