What you’ll do:

As a Communications Senior Manager (SM2), you will support Deloitte’s Chief Communications Officer for the Office of the CEO in delivering innovative communications strategies that align to the US strategic priorities, drive engagement, and support desired behavior changes.

  • Develop and implement multi-faceted communications programs, including strategies, tactics, and deliverables.
  • Lead and manage the Office of the CEO Communications day-to-day overall efforts.
  • Ensure consistent and thorough integration of the CEO’s message platform across all internal communications channels.
  • Develop and implement innovative communications techniques to improve engagement across the firm, both through advanced technologies and unique and proven messaging best practices.
  • Oversee internal and external events from start to finish, including leading planning calls, developing talking points and speeches for speaking engagements, drafting internal emails and intranet articles, liaising OCEO participation in firm-wide campaigns, and coordinating with other OCEO team members on projects and events, as needed.
  • Support confidential, complex, and fast-moving crisis communications, as needed.
  • Continually measure the effectiveness of communications channels and activities and seek ways to improve and innovate.
  • Apply superb organizational skills to track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
