Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) has over $2 trillion under management and is one of the world’s largest networks of Financial Advisors.The Field Strategic Services (FSS) group within MSWM is responsible for transformational platform strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support staff, and our clients. The COO team manages the daily operational and organizational activities for FSS by creating efficiencies across multiple stakeholders and consolidating tasks to ensure consistent communications. The candidate will support the COO team with data analysis, communications, and business management tasks for the Field Strategic Services organization. The role will include drafting, editing, scheduling, and tracking various communications. In addition, the role will require working with various teams to access, explore, and present data that will be used for strategic and decision making purposes. The candidate will work across the FSS business to ensure a cohesive and compelling field engagement strategy is being developed by individual product owners. The candidate will also support the team lead in business management tasks like budgeting, project management, and a variety of strategic initiatives. There will also be numerous ad-hoc projects driven by senior management covering a variety of strategic initiatives. The position will have interaction with senior leaders of MSWM as well as functional leads across the firm. The role requires an individual with strong project management, communication, marketing, and organizational skills who is capable of multitasking and collaborating with other members of the team.Primary Responsibilities •Analyze large and complex datasets to create persuasive, data informed arguments to drive insight and help senior management make informed decisions•Support the management of communication channels and materials as well as the development of Field Engagement Strategies across the organization•Assist with coordinating and preparing for FSS events•Support business management operations like annual budgeting & forecasting, and business approvals

Qualifications•Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science•Experience in analysis of large data sets is preferred, but not requiredRequired Skills / Qualifications: •Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit •Strong project data analysis, management, organization, communication, and marketing skills•Ability to manage ambiguity and bring focus with recommendations on solving tactical and strategic challenges•Ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, and under strict and changing deadlines•Strong interpersonal skills – freely develops networks, builds consensus, and prioritizes effectively•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite necessary, knowledge of SQL a plus
