RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities of this COO/Integrator include, but are not limited to:
Relationship with CEO/Visionary
- Meet monthly with the Visionary/CEO to identify, discuss, and solve issues or concerns
- Evaluate new ideas and concepts from the Visionary/CEO, verifying alignment with business core focus
- Implement the vision and strategy of the Visionary/CEO, ensuring a consistent message throughout the organization
Leadership, Management, and Accountability
- Lead, manage, and hold leadership accountable (3 direct reports)
- Oversee day-to-day operations, creating a lean operations team managing 16 dental offices
- Drive the growth of the company from 16 to 40+ locations and building out the internal team of leaders
- Identify, develop, refine, and implement processes and systems to clarify expectations, increase efficiency, and ensure accountability and scalability
- Provide the resources necessary to create and achieve meaningful quarterly goals (Rocks) and track ongoing progress in quarterly meetings
- Meet with the Visionary/CEO and other partners and owners to review company scorecards and ensure vision alignment
- Increase revenue and EBITDA margins
- Facilitate monthly meetings with doctor/owners and partners in person and via video calls
- Ensure EOS® tools are being implemented and used consistently throughout the business
- Conduct quarterly dental practice visits
- Coordinate acquisition processes and collaborate in ongoing operations
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 5+ years’ leadership experience
- P & L experience
- Multi-location experience
- Project Management experience
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Tech savvy
Preferred
- Mergers and acquisitions experience
- Experience working for a start-up
- Mid-sized company experience ($100M+ organization with 200+ employees)
- Vendor/Third party relationship management experience
- Integration experience
- Public speaking experience
- Master’s in Business Administration
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

This COO/Integrator will be required to work out of the Fayetteville office with the potential to move to Raleigh in the future (this is not a remote position).
Regular travel is required regionally and occasionally out of state.
