You are one-part epic leadership skills, one-part operational execution, and a liberal dose of
straight Lunya passion. We are a fast growing company looking for the right leader to help
us level up the efficiency, productivity and processes for our team and operations. We are
looking for experience with systems and yet entrepreneurial minded, out-of-the-box thinkers
that are hard working, open minded, and fun to help us change the world one bedroom at a
time.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage, hire, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve strategic company goals and
bring their best selves to work

  • Help drive/challenge future company planning: funding/exit opportunities, projections, C
suite backfill

  • Coordinate operational activities for maximum efficiency
  • Oversee logistics, production, planning, finance and HR (compliance, performance

reviews, legal)—responsible for the achievement of department productivity, team and
quality goals

  • Review performance data (financial, sales, and activity reports) to monitor and measure

productivity, goal progress, and activity levels


Who you are:

 Bachelor’s Degree (MBA and/or agile development experience is a plus)

  • Knowledge of business management principles, human resource management and basic
economic and accounting principles and practices

  • 3+ years senior Business Management experience
  • Extremely motivated self-starter with an adaptable, positive can-do attitude
  • Detail-oriented with high expectations
  • Someone who values culture and cultivates a fun team atmosphere
  • Extremely open and comfortable receiving and giving feedback
  • Ecommerce clothing or product manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Available full time for a position in Santa Monica, CA
