Morgan Stanley Human Resources Rewards, Analytics and Solutions department is seeking an experienced professional to lead the compensation and workforce analytics for a global client.The primary functions of the group include, but are not limited to: – Facilitate the year-end salary and bonus processes- Compensation modeling and analyses- Compensation competitive benchmarking- Compensation expense planning/forecasting, coordinating monthly bonus accrual, and preparation of base salary budgets – all with accompanying analytics- Preparation of senior management exhibits and presenting to management teams to make critical business decisions- Partner with clients on a wide variety of human capital analytics (including, but not limited to: promotions, hiring, talent, attrition, workforce activity, ad-hoc requests)- Partner with clients to determine Tableau reporting strategy- Collaborate with various partners, including HR Business Partners, Corporate Compensation, Executive Compensation, Finance and HR Operations.This is a Vice President/Director level position reporting into an Executive Director overseeing multiple client groups.

Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree• 6+ Years Professional Related Work Experience• Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical concise way• Must have ability to manage projects in addition to daily responsibilities, ensuring accurate delivery of product to senior management and external stakeholders• Strong process and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize as needed and problem-solve autonomously• Strong client focus and team player• Must have superior attention to detail• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly & concisely• Strong Microsoft Excel skills• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools, developing & using predictive analytics, Python or Business Objects preferred• Interest in learning new systems and technologies• Enjoy high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment• Approaches work with mindset to continuously improve and streamline processes
