Job Summary: The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for preparing material, labor cost and direct margin expectations, confirming specifications and work scope and project management for commercial and multifamily projects. The Commercial Project Manager will work directly with architects, owners and general contractors to offer value engineering options and mitigate potential risks to all parties by challenging design and product specifications.
