We are a Small CPA firm located in Midtown Manhattan.

For years the dominant software in the industry has been QUICKBOOKS with little to no competition.

Furthermore QUICKBOOKS has always been geared towards business owners rather than CPA’s doing the actual work

I currently am looking to invest in developing an in house accounting software for CPA’s to eventually be licensed out or hopefully bought by a larger company.

I am looking for dedicated coder’s looking to be part of a team to make this dream a reality.

The compensation includes a base salary + stock options in the company.
