Hillcrest Family Services is currently seeking a President and CEO based out of our main office in Dubuque, Iowa. We are a not-for-profit Christian faith based human services organization founded in 1896, serving 25,000+ people annually, with more than 30 programs across Iowa.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who will be responsible for collaborating with Board of Trustees and management staff in setting the overall direction for the agency to implement long term vision, successful client outcomes and financial stability. The individual should have skill and experience in strategic planning, fundraising, marketing and administration. The Candidate should have the ability to advance the organization towards its mission, attain goals and objectives and to lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff.
Ideal Candidates should have a Masterâs Degree along with 7 years of executive experience.
Dubuque is Iowaâs 10th largest city located along the Mississippi River. It is home to five institutions of higher education, making it a center for culture and learning.
