This position will assist the CFO and the Associate Dean of the SOM/Faculty Practice in the development, execution, evaluation and continued improvement of school-wide initiatives in the areas of business operations, financial management, information technology related to finance, and strategic planning. High-level interaction with internal and external entities, to include deans, associate deans, department chairs, center directors, division chiefs, UNC Health Care System leadership, senior leaders in central offices, UNC System Office, and the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) will be required routinely. This position has high visibility with the Dean of the School of Medicine and each of the senior leaders of the Dean?s Cabinet.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related business area; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
