About the Role:
As a Fancy Awesome account manager, you will be managing all aspects of a name brand’s Amazon account using our proprietary tools and systems. You will plan strategy, be the primary contact, and handle reporting progress to brands. Much of the work is done by our systems, your job is to plan and inform clients what an awesome job we are doing.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategy for brands selling on Amazon
- Be the primary point of contact for customers
- Focus on success of our clients
- Think on your feet when difficulties arise
Who You Are: * Previous account management experience a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused
- Experience prioritizing and managing customer needs and expectations
- Find opportunity in challenges
- Comfortable working on a computer with experience working in the following applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
