Our client, based in South Florida, is a premier distributor and full-service contractor of impact windows and doors for both commercial and residential markets. As the Wholesale Operations Director, reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the autonomy to run the division as your own business responsible for PL management, developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, managing all operations efficiently and manage and negotiate contracts with Vendors, Manufacturers, Dealers, etc.
To qualify you must have the following:
- Bachelors Degree in business or related work experience preferred. Masters degree a PLUS.
- ?Must have Operations, Logistics and/or Distribution Management experience (Glass and Glazing Industry experience a PLUS!)
- Must have business development and contract negotiation experience with Dealers, Vendors, Manufacturers and/or Wholesalers, etc.
- Background in Wholesale, Supply Chain, Construction Supply Sales, Supply Chain, Distribution or Manufacturing a PLUS!
- Previous work experience in Construction or Building Materials Sales, Building Supplies, Glass and Glazing or Impact Windows and Doors preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Outlook
