    Job Description

    Unisource National Lender Services, a national title insurance and escrow company licensed in 42 states and growing, is seeking a highly experienced Title Officer to work with our state of the art national operations. You will work with national mortgage lenders in the obtaining information and processing of refinance transactions in the vendor management department. This is a great opportunity to secure a position with a dynamic and growing company.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Working with title abstractors and electronic plant vendors nationwide to pull preliminary title information in order to build a title report.
    • Working with tax cert vendors in order to obtain tax cert information and provide this information to the customer with the title report.
    • Working with the title abstract vendors to order and receive timely title date downs before a file closes.
    • Running daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure that title and tax cert turn times meet with client SLA’s.
    • Ability to read, understand and work with clients and vendors to resolve issues relating to title abstract reports that are delivered back.
    • Working to find and add new title abstract vendors, review proposed pricing and approve monthly invoices as submitted by the vendors.*

    Job Requirements

    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
    • Experience in managing and overseeing multiple team members to ensure a superior customer service experience relating to turn times and resolving title related issues.
    • Good understanding of title insurance and title clearing is required.
