Overview of the NYC Hub:

Here in New York,we are currently looking for a passionate Senior Scrum Master to join our team.You will be supporting one of our clients in the Financial Services sector. We are expanding rapidly this year, and if you think you would be a good fit to join our team, do not hesitate to apply!

Responsibilities:

The Scrum Master will work on client site and participate in all elements of Agile delivery. This role includes coaching and reinforcement of Agile techniques within delivery teams. You have experience working with the leadership of typical Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Iteration Review and Retrospectives.

Who are you?

You have an understanding of Program Management and a bachelor’s degree. You have experience in SAFe implementation and Program Increment Planning across all teams. You have 6-10 years in a Release Train Engineer role. It is an advantage if you have Clearing and Collateral Management platform experience from an IT perspective, and have a strong ability to describe complex technical concepts and ideas into non-technical terms.

You possess strong MS Power Point and MS Excel skills, MS Project, Project Server, or Clarity.

You have a high understanding of road maps, schedules, dashboards, KPI reporting.
