Accredited Debt Relief is a well-established and rapidly growing financial services/debt relief company located in San Diego, California. Due to this rapid growth we are searching for a Senior Project Manager to handle our overall project management operations as we scale up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, organizing and direction of the project while ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget and within scope. This role is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization
Essential Functions
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and deliver a complete and successful project
- Create and formulate the documentation of policies and procedures for the project
- Partner with leadership/stakeholders to develop and drive strategic priorities including creating strategy and project plans that support company goals
- Ensure stakeholders are consistently apprised of ongoing updates, changes and progress
- Demonstrate a high level of competence in directing and managing multi-disciplined projects
- Create project plans, standard operating procedures, metrics and KPIs that the team must adhere to
- Exercise independent professional judgement while keeping an open mind to others’ input.
- Report on project progress and success through-out the project’s lifecycle
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframe
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project
- Mange the project’s budget and resources
- Act as an internal quality control check for the project
- Align general business objectives with the project’s goals
- Determine project roles for team members based on project needs, requirements, timeframes and budget.
- Provide leadership to project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.

- Experience in successfully leading projects and programs on-time, on-schedule and within budget.

- Strategic thinker and creative problem solver
- Experience with scaling an organization to include sourcing for the agency
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment with little direction
- Excellent communicator with all cross-functional teams
- Business acumen
- Self-motivated, decisive, with ability to adapt to change and competing demands
- Solid understanding of project management methods, frameworks and processes
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- PMP Certification a plus
- 5+ years of experience in corporate level project management
- Advanced Excel skills required with pivot tables and merging data experience
- Strong PowerPoint skills to build presentations
