Scrum Master / Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of software developers following the Scrum framework
• Manage a number of big data and analytics related software initiatives
• Manage project schedules and resources
• Manage daily stand-ups and scrum activities
• Leading sprint meetings (backlog grooming, demo, sprint planning)
• Supporting Project Leads & devs in clearing blockers & dependencies
• Managing New Request intake from several outside teams
• Communicate expectations clearly to stakeholders
• Manage an onshore and offshore team
• Goals mapping & ongoing project updates
• Defined annual goals and prioritize them

Skills Required

• ScrumMaster certification is a huge plus
• Knowledge of agile methodology the Scrum framework
• Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum
• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices
• Knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand the team’s needs
• Experience with Jira for project management
• Ability to navigate team conflicts
• Have a background managing data science teams and projects
• Fast learner and quick starter with new technologies
• Have an organized and process-oriented approach
• Ability to create clear and robust documentation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years in an enterprise project manager
• Ability to effectively manage yourself and others
• Great communication skills with team members and stakeholders
• Confident and go-getter attitude
• Work full-time onsite in Philadelphia
• Enterprise work environment
