Scrum Master/Project Manager

Looking for an experienced professional Scrum Master/Project Manager to guide an. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment that values team collaboration, speed and quality, with a strong desire to inspire change as we continue on our agile transformational journey.
Responsibilities:
- Embrace & embody an Agile mindset
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems may be raised without fear of reprisal
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Help the product owner and team deliver the desired business value
- Guide the team in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the team on removing future impediments
- Help the team to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Partner with your empowered and engaged Product Owner
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners
- Regularly attend and actively participate in Release Train Ceremonies: PI Planning, System Demo, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer to ensure successful delivery of business value
- Work with stakeholders to accurately report progress, risks, successes, and failures
- Be on-site with rest of Scrum Team in Philadelphia 5-days per weekQualifications & Experience
- At least 4 years experience functioning as the Scrum Master for an Agile team
- Experience as a Project Manager
- Ongoing active participation in agile and lean communities and events
- Experience with Agile tools such as Rally, Jira, Version One, etc.
- Strong experience in Agile metrics
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methods and processes is plus
- Experience in the telecommunications industry a plusRequisite Abilities and/or Skills:

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 to $135,000.00 /year
