Zenius Corporation is seeking a Scrum Master with at least two years of related experience to work on an ongoing Federal project, the selected candidate should have good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Requirements:
- Two years experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Education:
- First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM )
- Bachelorâs degree in computer science, information systems, or other related discipline, Eight (8) years of relevant experience over and above the minimum experience requirements for the position will be considered equivalent to a Bachelorâs degree
