Job Profile

Fosters Agile values and practices. May begin to support a scrum team.

Ensures team adherence to Agile principles. Assists with coaching a Scrum Team on how to execute the Scrum framework.

Experiments with processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.

Works in partnership with more senior scrum masters to protect the team from outside influences to ensure the team remains focused on Scrum Team priorities.

Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
