Scrum Master
We’re actively seeking a Scrum Master for an exciting consulting engagement near Miami, Florida.
Responsibilities:
The Scrum Master will actively serve and support the Product Owner and Delivery Team as they work to consistently meet sprint goals. This includes driving discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution to make sure the teams stay aligned and focused on the highest priorities. You’ll help establish metrics such as capacity and throughput so you can track and drive sprint progress.
Required:
- Previous experience in Software or IT Platform Development
- Strong knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and SAFe
- Strong technical acumen and knowledge of software development processes
- PMI, Agile, and SCRUM Certifications preferred
- BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
