NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Scrum Master to join our team in Morrisville, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

The individual will be responsible for the following:

• Strong ability to apply project management skills to oversee and manage a medium to large-sized team.
• Advanced people management skills including team building, performance management, conflict management, and talent management.
• Demonstrates advanced ability to articulate the typical components of an effective project management information system: understands and has advanced proficiency in the specific tools that are available and required as part of the company’s project management information system.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage project delivery.
• Demonstrates ability in project program management including executing and managing the processes and the interactions used to plan, acquire, assign, develop and manage the resources to operate.
• Ensuring completeness of requirements documentation, documenting test plans and maintaining testing documentation, engaging in Daily Stand-ups, providing input for feature and story point estimates, timely completion of assigned user stories and development tasks, commitment to the success of the overall Claims System solution

Basic Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years experience as a Scrum Master
