Job Title: Scrum Master
The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader within the technology organization, with the primary responsibility of facilitating the major events and processes of the solution delivery team, while also assisting the teams in delivering value. This role will also communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists the team in preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators
Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Help manage risks and dependencies Escalate and track impediments
Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
Encourage the collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering.
Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps
Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos
Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality Practices
Keep abreast of industry and product(s) advances. Continually improve necessary skills utilizing professional journals, organizations, workshops, etc.
Use the time reporting system; signing and reporting all exception time on a weekly basis.
Complete other administrative tasks, such as travel and expense reporting or similar, in a timely manner.
Perform responsibilities in a professional manner, meeting the Companyâs mission and goals.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) in Computer related subject area or related business field and five (5) or more yearâs experience in Information Technology and solution delivery, or equivalent combination of education and experience in similar fields is required. Experience working with SAAS based solution delivery organization (preferred).
