Job Description:

Scrum Master Min 8 years’ experience Financial services/ wealth management

Manage release and sprint planning

Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies

Identify and Track cross team dependencies to ensure they are well understood and meet project objectives

Identify impediments and eliminate them

Well versed in SAFe agile principles

Facilitate preparation and readiness for Sprint and PSI planning meetings

Prepare weekly release and sprint metric by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.

Present metrics to senior management and customer

Participate in road map / release planning

Participate in SOS and coordinates with other scrum master as and when necessary

Help Product Owner to make the product backlogs in good shape

Conduct retrospective meetings

Participate in the coordination of activities of internal project personnel, business teams, technology resources and external vendors

Monitor and track plans and release mile
