Senior Scrum Master
Gorilla Logic is working with our client, who is an industry leader in providing high-resolution Earth imagery, data and analytics, to help build their team of highly intelligent and capable engineers. Our client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master, who will work with teams creating full DevOps ecosystems for a targeted customer base. This is a unique and highly critical role, requiring extensive experience managing Agile projects in a fast-paced environment. Our environment will require you to work effectively with your teammates, of course. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm and determination.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years Scrum Master experience
- Experience managing application development teams
- Strong technical aptitude and hands on experience working with technical teams
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent leadership and communications skills required
- Self-starter with high energy to meet the needs of a demanding business and IT environment
- High level of comfort with explicitly taking accountability and holding appropriate parties accountable
- Experience with Agile management tools like JIRA, Rally and Pivotal Tracker
Bonus Skills
- Experience managing DevOps teams or projects
- Certified Scrum Master Certification
- Agile Product Owner experience
- Previous development experience
