PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
IT Services provides efficient IT solutions, technology and operational support to our Lines of Businesses (LoBs) with a strong focus on user-centricity. Supporting more than 82,000 employees and thousands of SAP systems, IT Services is delivering business applications be it classical SAP or new SaaS solutions, mobile apps, web & SAP Cloud Platform-based applications, as well as workplace technology services covering hardware, client software and unified communications and collaborations solutions. Fundamentally, IT services is enabling SAP to become Intelligent Enterprise with happy end users.
Our IT Go to Market Services group is responsible for the End-to-End solution delivery supporting SAP’s core Sales Deal Execution business processes closely interacting with the respective LoB Global Customer Organization (GCO). Here we act as the Business’ trusted advisor and expert, driving together the simplification of business processes based on a user-centric approach. In a joint responsibility with the respective business and process teams, we identify strategic priorities, determine the portfolio and corresponding execution plans.
As part of new SAP Sales Cloud Strategy, we need Scrum Master, who will help SAP on this exciting journey, driving high performing team and enabling people to desig, implement and maintain world class cloud solution platform.
Our group is looking for experienced Scrum Master, skilled in agile methodology and fast pace delivery model.
Candidate will be required to have practitioner knowledge of Scrum framework, Kanban, DevOpps or related.
Knowledge of Jira management platform is a must.
Scrum Master is an informal team lead, providing dedication to client service and routine delivery of high-quality work, actively maintaining high and positive team spirit, assuring peak performance of all scrum team members.

- be part of an agile team, assuming responsibility for Scrum related ceremonies and tasks.
- primarily focus on maximizing team performance via best agile practices and tools. S
- facilitate fast paced delivery of software lifecycle.
- aid in design and implementation of new solutions using SAP’s latest Cloud and Platform technologies
- drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability, maintainability and ultimately customer satisfaction
- develop skill and competency on latest solutions and technologies relevant for internal sales processes
- explore innovative and relevant ideas, pertaining to agile adoption and tools, with rapid prototyping of the concept.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Graduate in Computer Science or Information system or related degree.
- Scrum master certification is a must.
- Solid experience in agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban etc.) connected with End-User Centricity
- Knowledge of Jira software platform
- Knowledge of SAP Applications (e.g. C4C, CRM, ERP, S/4 HANA) a plus
- Quick Learner, passionate, motivated and self-managed
- Ability to work in an international, virtual and highly diverse team
- Excellent English skills
- Customer-focused, business acumen and good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of software development cycles and release Management Capabilities
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in a scrum master role.
- Ability to work well in an international, virtual and highly diverse team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
