Seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives on a fast paced challenging environment to fill the role of the Resident Manager at our apartment complex located in Richmond. Your primarily responsibility is to oversee the overall operation of the property. This includes but is not limited to supervising leasing agents, ensuring maximum occupancy of rental units, high penetration of lease renewals, and the collection of rent. May coordinate incentives to increase the number of tenants. Must be self-motivated and a people-oriented person with a pleasant personality, cheerful smile and enthusiastic attitude; all qualities that enhance the Resident Managerâs ability to deal effectively with both residents and co-workers. Integrity and fairness must be exercised by a Property Manger at all times.
