We are in search of a Senior Project Director who has both waterfall and agile methodology experience. This position is about the art not the science of execution delivery. Strong technology project and program management skills however, has the business acumen to translate the needs of the business to technology partners. Experience with hardware, software, on premise and in the cloud are all required. You will be responsible for project and or product delivery which requires oversight of internal and external resources, time and cost management and a high degree of quality. Ideal candidates should have at least seven years of
Project Management experience put have transitioned to an agile way of working over the past 4-5 years.
Preferred agile methodologies are scrum, Kanban, and lean. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD is a required.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Technical Knowledge, Years of Related Experience, Skills, Licenses, and Systems Experience

A. Education: Four Year College Degree
B. Experience: Expert knowledge of agile principles, business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and change management. Expert ability to develop project plans or backlogs, manage individual deadlines and goals. Expert knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, and trend analysis. Expert knowledge of risk assessment (including cost/benefit analysis) and quantification methodologies. Expert ability to analyze business trends and project future business value. Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred.

C. Systems: Expert user proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, MS
Project, Jira and any other related financial software.

D. Certification: Scrum master or product owner certification required.
E. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and critical thinking.

Superior listening and negotiation skills.

TRAINING REQUIRED

Participate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis.
Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Promotes collaborative team work, innovation and instills best practices into the working style of the team.

Will manage the project/product and service cross-functional transformation initiatives including implementation of new technologies and migration off of existing technologies.

Change management experience in large organizations is a must.

Provide senior management with visibility into project/product progress, while supporting effective decision- making, approvals, and direction.

Provide value-added mentoring to team members to support successful execution delivery including prioritization and test script development when needed.

Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments.
