Position Overview:

The employee will be tasked with managing Change Impacts, Business Readiness and Business Process Integration as part of the SAP S/4 Implementation at Capri Holdings.


Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Project manage Change impacts to prepare the organization for go-live.
  • Coordinate, manage, and track status of change actions (e.g. process changes needing to occur within a business function, training development, communication campaigns).
  • Identify estimated work effort, resource availability and assumptions as part of the process.
  • Hold team accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work, leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity. mentoring and developing team members.
  • Design processes that maximize efficiency, maintain high levels of customer experience, and work cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Identify cross functional design dependencies, coordinate cross-functional workshops, and drive cross process decision making to promote a cohesive end to end solution.
  • Control process team scope, resolve issues and manage risks across functional work streams.
  • Escalate cross-functional work streams issues and risks to program management and PMO, develop action and mitigation plans.
  • Confirm functional workstream adherence to all quality management plans and standards by participating in quality management reviews.
  • Ensure Business Readiness plan is managed for the go-live


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
  • 5 years of Project Management Experience required.
  • Experience in the Retail / Fashion Industry required.
  • Experience managing Change Impacts and Business Readiness for SAP implementation.
  • Experience working in supporting SAP implementation.
  • Team player, excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit (you “own” the solution) and proactive attitude.
